NewBoshi Privacy Notice and Analytics Choices

NewBoshi is a browser-game directory with on-demand embedded games. This notice explains what ordinary browsing, optional analytics and embedded games may send, and how to control optional analytics. The site is optional by design and does not require an account, subscription or sign-up.

Browsing

When you load pages, the hosting and delivery service may process your IP address, browser details and request data to deliver and protect the site. Exact server log retention and processing regions are not stated here, so no retention number or regional guarantee is given. This basic delivery traffic is separate from NewBoshi's optional analytics.

Optional analytics

Optional usage measurement stays off until a valid site measurement ID is configured and you allow it. After you opt in, it records page paths, the referring origin rather than the full URL, game ID, Play intent, frame load, error and slow load signals, plus reload, close, fullscreen error and official fallback actions. It does not record search queries, URL query strings, URL hashes, an account User-ID or cross-origin gameplay progress. A loaded frame is not treated as a completed game session.

This service uses first-party cookies with a browser or client identifier to distinguish visits and sessions, and it processes browser, device, session and approximate location data. No NewBoshi account User-ID is sent, but browser identifiers are present. An external analytics service processes this information after your consent; its regions and server retention are not fully verified.

Embedded games

Game frames load only after you choose Play game. After that, or after you follow an external game link, the embedded game service may receive connection and device data. It may also use ads, cookies and local storage, and transfer data across regions under its own notice. Game loading is independent of analytics consent, so declining analytics does not stop the game provider's own data handling.

Your choices

You can change analytics consent from the Privacy choices control, and the choice is stored in your browser. Declining prevents NewBoshi's optional analytics script and events. Withdrawing consent stops future events and clears NewBoshi's first-party analytics cookies. It does not remove embedded-game storage, historical server records or previously processed data. Browser storage blocking or ad blockers may also prevent measurement, so not every visit can be measured.
